The LoCash Cowboys have released a video for their touching single, 'Best Seat in the House.' The duo, composed of Chris Lucas and Preston Brust, use the tune and accompanying video to pay tribute to Lucas' late father, who passed away in 2011.

The video, which was shot in Nashville at the Franklin Road Academy high school, follows a boy's journey from childhood to adulthood, with his father always by his side, even when his father is no longer alive.

“I'm excited for the world to see this video," Lucas says. "It turned out amazing and I know my dad would be proud! Believe me, I know he is watching. And for anyone else who has lost someone in their lives, they are also watching from the best seat in the house.”

Lucas admits filming the video was challenging for him personally.“Obviously this is a very emotional video to me, and I had a few moments that really took me back,” he tells Country Weekly.

The men tied in a football theme throughout the video, which they hope makes it more relatable to their fans.

“We wanted this song to stand out and speak to people," Brust adds. "I think the story line reflects what we wanted to do. I think when you have a song this meaningful and this powerful and this real, you don’t have to spend a lot of money on wardrobes and all the other things. I think you can shoot something real and honest, and it can resonate on camera. We are so proud of this video, and I think it’s something that Chris’ dad is proud of, too. I think his dad definitely had the ‘best seat in the house’ watching us film this video.”

'Best Seat in the House' is from their self-titled debut album on Average Joes Entertainment. They will kick off their Livin' Loud Tour next month. Dates will be posted here as they become available.
