LeAnn Rimes will release a new album in early 2017. Remnants is set for release on Feb. 3 and will be Rimes' 16th studio record.

Rimes' country music career began when she was just 14 years old, and she has experienced almost every imaginable pitfall of a life lived in the public eye. With Remnants, Rimes explores what it mean to live a truly genuine life regardless of the challenges of doing so; for her, it's all about having the courage to love yourself even when you're broken.

“Hopefully, there comes a time in all of our lives where we stop resisting and start allowing ourselves to live a more authentic life," Rimes says in a press release. "Remnants are the pieces of ourselves we want to keep ... [a]llowing one’s self to fall apart as gracefully as possible, and then picking up the most authentic pieces or remnants of ourselves and moving forward.”

Ten of Remnants' 14 tracks were co-written by Rimes, showing that the "Can't Stop the Moonlight" singer has put a lot of thought into her new, intimate and vulnerable record. The album also features songs written by and with some of country music's biggest hitmakers, including Lori McKenna and Barry Dean. A complete track listing is below.

"Long Live Love" will be Rimes' first single off of Remnants; it's set to hit radio on Jan. 9 and currently available on streaming platforms; just a few weeks later, on Jan. 27, Rimes will kick off the Long Live Love Club Tour to promote her new album. The record is currently available for pre-order on iTunes and Rimes' official website.
