Lady Antebellum have postponed their Take Me Downtown Tour.

The trio, who were planning on kicking off the tour on Nov. 8 in Mississippi, announced the news on their website.

We hope you are loving "Compass" as much as we are. We're really excited about the Deluxe version of GOLDEN coming out in November and all the events and performances we'll be doing around its release, but we're most excited about getting to play this new music live for you!

To accommodate the new release and in order to give you guys the best show possible, we've had to move things around on our tour schedule. The 1st leg of the TAKE ME DOWNTOWN TOUR with Kip and Kacey will now kick off on Jan. 10th in Peoria, IL. We hope these changes aren't too much trouble for you, and that we'll get to see you in one of the more than 60 cities the tour will hit next year.

Check back here for more info on the rescheduled dates…we'll be posting updates frequently and be in touch a lot over the next few weeks. We are sorry for the inconvenience, we love you guys, and we're excited to see you on the road!

While it isn't cited as a reason, the two month delay will give band member Hillary Scott more time to spend with her newborn daughter, Eisele Kaye, who was born in July.

One thing is certain, the trio are pouring their heart and soul into their next trek, which features opening acts Kip Moore and Kacey Musgraves. “We spent almost every day last year backstage writing for our album ‘Golden,’ so we were really focused on writing songs that would connect with the fans in these arenas,” Charles Kelley explains. “We definitely learned a lot about ourselves as live performers and the type of catalog we wanted to have so that we could go out and try to give the fans the best show they’ve ever experienced.”

Lady A have listed some of their new tour dates here. More updates will be posted on their website as they become available.

The deluxe version of 'Golden' will be released on Nov. 11.
