Sugarland's Kristian Bush is set to make his debut on county music's most hallowed stage as a solo artist.

Brad Paisley is headlining the July 18 show, which will feature Bush as well as Sarah Darling, Mark Wills and Striking Matches.

Bush recently released the lyric video for the first single off of his upcoming solo album. The video stays true to the message of the song, called 'Trailer Hitch,' which is to stop stressing about getting material things and to give gifts instead.

"I thought how cool it would be if we tried to give away money from a guitar case instead of ask for money," Bush tells Rolling Stone Country. "People were looking at me funny; they got suspicious. I mean, here I am giving strangers money on the street. People would say no, and then I'd say, 'Go give it to someone who needs it.' Then they caught on. It turns out, people are much more comfortable giving than they are taking."

Bush is most well-known as a guitarist and writer for Sugarland, with Jennifer Nettles as lead vocalist. He says that people have been surprised to hear that he can sing as well.

"When I turned the album in to the record company and management company, they were like, 'My gosh, you can sing!' And I was like, 'What did you think I do?'" he says. "I guess they had low expectations."
