On Tuesday night (May 22), Kelly Clarkson The Voice team member Brynn Cartelli won Season 14 of the TV singing competition. Cartelli's victory didn't just give Clarkson a "W" in her first-ever season as a The Voice coach, though -- it also gave her a win in a bet against her fellow coach, Blake Shelton.

Country Music Nation dug up an interview with Clarkson and Shelton from before the start of The Voice Season 14, in which Clarkson revealed the terms of their bet: "When I win he has to call me Queen Kelly Clarkson for everything -- like, 'Yes, queen', 'No, queen,'” she shared at the time. “And if I lose, I have to shut up for five minutes."

Write Paulette Cohn brought up Clarkson and Shelton's bet during an interview for Parade, conducted following the announcement of Cartelli's victory. Clarkson said at the time that Shelton had yet to follow through on the terms of their agreement -- but that she was waiting.

"I have not checked my phone, but I am going to hold him to it," she said. The two artists didn't set a time limit on their bet, either, so Clarkson says she's ready to hold Shelton to it "I think all next season."

Shelton had two contestants place in the The Voice's Season 14 Top 4: Spensha Baker finished fourth, while Kyla Jade placed third. Alicia Keys' team member Britton Buchanan was the runner-up. Team Blake members have one six of the show's seasons thus far.

Clarkson and Shelton will have the chance to make another bet during Season 15 of The Voice. They both will return as coaches next season, and will be joined by longtime coach Adam Levine and familiar face Jennifer Hudson, who coached during Season 13.
