Two-time 'Dancing With the Stars' winner Julianne Hough is now a two-time Emmy nominee! Julianne and her brother, Derek, scored 2009 Creative Arts Emmy nods for their choreography on the hit show. Their dance to a medley of 'Jive' and 'Great Balls of Fire' will go up against four different performances from 'So You Think You Can Dance' and one from the 81st annual Academy Awards.

Julianne was also nominated for her 'DWTS' choreography at last year's Creative Arts Emmys. The 20-year-old beauty has announced she will not return to the show next season, so that she can concentrate on her country music career. She's also set to star alongside 'Gossip Girl' actor Chace Crawford in a remake of the 1980 movie, 'Footloose.'
