Julianne Hough Ready to Dance Again

Julianne Hough is well on the road to recovery after a two-hour surgery following her diagnosis of endometriosis. After falling ill on the 'Dancing With the Stars' set with severe stomach pains two weeks ago, Hough's physician decided the best course of treatment involved the removal of her appendix, a cyst on her ovary, and scar tissue surrounding her bladder and fallopian tubes.

In spite of the extensive operation, Hough insists she is "feeling phenomenal." She added she is "still walking slow but feeling good."

The professional dancer/country singer's prognosis is excellent, according to her doctor, who said she should be able to dance again in about a week. Hough credits not only her physician, but also her mom and boyfriend, fellow country star Chuck Wicks, for her quick recovery.

"He got to see me at my lowest point," Hough tells PEOPLE magazine about her beau. "You can really tell when someone loves you, because they mean it. They are not just taking care of you because you need it, they want to take care of you. He's a sweetheart."

Hough will soon be back to a jam-packed schedule that includes hosting the CMA Awards pre-show on November 12, a return to the 'Dancing' set next week, as well as performing her new single, 'My Hallelujuah Song,' on the Novemeber 18 show.
