Singer-songwriter and East Tennessee native Jill Andrews partnered with Seth Avett of the Avett Brothers for "I'm So in Love With You," a duet from her newest album, The War Inside. The Boot has the exclusive premiere of a live session video performance of the song -- and the tune could very easily become your soundtrack for the day.

The video was filmed at the Trophy Room, a Nashville studio, where most of Andrews' recent record was recorded. The disc, released on Sept. 25 on Andrews' own imprint, Vulture Vulture, is Andrews' second solo project. Her solo career began after three albums with the Southern-influenced group the Everybodyfields, which she co-founded.

“It was a time filled with many new and exciting beginnings, as well as some deep personal loss,” says Andrews, now living in Nashville. “The album focuses in on some particular moments of triumph, hardship, and hope.”

"I'm So in Love With You" is one of those songs. A rainy day ballad, sparse and simple, stripped down but full of emotion, it features Andrews and Avett's vocals intertwining effortlessly, like the first cup of coffee and an early morning.

"Seth and I have known each other for over 10 years. We met when his band, the Avett Brothers, and my old band, the Everybodyfields, were just starting out," Andrews tells The Boot. "I loved their music the first time I heard it. He and his brother, Scott, have always been very kind to me and very supportive of my music in the band and throughout my years as a solo artist."

After years of friendship, the timing finally worked out for a collaboration.

"When I was recording The War Inside, I thought about asking Seth to sing on it months before I actually did. When I finally asked him, he had plans to be in Nashville that week. So it worked out magically," Andrews explains. "Seth is one of my favorite singers. I love his harmony, and I love his thoughtfulness as a friend ... I'm so glad we captured these moments on film."

Andrews is currently touring, both on her own and in support of the Avett Brothers. Upcoming show dates can be found on her website.
