Forty years after being recorded, 'The Knox Phillips Sessions: The Unreleased Recordings of Jerry Lee Lewis' will be released on Sept. 23, and The Boot's readers have a chance to win a 180-gram vinyl copy of the album, thanks to Saguaro Roads Records.

Lewis originally recorded the tunes in the late '70s, after leaving Mercury Records, at Phillips Recording in Memphis, Tenn., with Knox Phillips, son of Sam Phillips, the founder of Sun Studios.

Lewis would periodically call Phillips late at night to open the studio so that he could record. The 10 songs (the vinyl version includes a bonus 11th track) cross multiple genres and showcase Lewis' own spin on the tunes.

To enter, simply re-tweet the message below. Two winners will be chosen at random from everyone who re-tweets between now and Sept. 19, when the contest ends. Be sure to read our official contest rules before you enter, and good luck!

'The Knox Phillips Sessions' is available for pre-order on iTunes and Amazon. In addition to digital and vinyl formats, the disc will also be released on CD.
