George Strait's latest all-new album, (his 39th studio disc!) is titled 'Here for a Good Time' and he's certainly taking that sentiment to heart by announcing his upcoming tour, adding fellow superstar Martina McBride to the bill of what will surely be another sold-out trek.

"I love Martina," says the Country Music Hall of Famer. "She's been on our tours before and she's great. I'm really looking forward to the tour. Martina will definitely make it a special night."

Based solely on the number of hit singles the Texas troubadour has in his live-show arsenal, the night will be special, indeed. King George reigns over all other artists in chart-toppers. He has scored the most No. 1 singles of any artist in history, even surpassing Elvis Presley, having logged a total of 57 No.1's. With nearly 69 million albums sold, he's earned 33 different platinum or multi-platinum discs, making him the top platinum-certified in country music and the third in all genres, behind the Beatles and Elvis.

With his current single, 'Here for a Good Time' currently sitting just outside the Top 10 (at No. 11 on this week's Billboard chart) the album, also titled 'Here for a Good Time' will be available everywhere on Tuesday (September 6). If he follows the blockbuster debut of his previous album, 'Twang,' 'Here for a Good Time' will be his fifth record to debut atop the Billboard 200, and will be his 14th No. 1 debut on the Top Country Albums chart.

Martina McBride, who has sold more than 18 million albums, is set to release her 11th studio disc (the aptly-titled 'Eleven') on October 11. The current single, 'I'm Gonna Love You Through It,' is climbing the charts and is accompanied by the powerful video featuring celebrity cancer survivors Sheryl Crow, Robin Roberts and Hoda Kotb, as well as cancer activist Katie Couric. A Grammy and CMA award winner, Martina released her first album, 'The Time Has Come,' in 1992. Since then, she has topped the charts with hits such as 'Wild Angels,' and 'I Love You.' One of her signature tunes, 'Independence Day' has become an anthem for women everywhere.

Dates and venues for the upcoming tour, which will kick off in late January 2012, will be announced soon.
