Garth Brooks has only announced a dozen cities on his World Tour so far -- and shows in one city aren't even on sale yet -- but he's already sold over 1 million tickets.

Brooks' first-day ticket sales for his concerts in Buffalo, N.Y., pushed total ticket sales for the tour over the 1 million mark. The first set of shows, in Chicago, Ill., went on sale at the end of July, so it took Brooks a little over four months to hit that milestone.

The country superstar sold over 90,553 tickets for his six Buffalo shows the day they went on sale (Dec. 5), breaking his first-day sales record for the city, which he set during his last run of concerts there, Sept. 23-28, 1998.
