The lineup of nominees for Female Vocalist of the Year at the 2018 CMA Awards is a stellar mix of fresh faces and seasoned veterans. Kelsea Ballerini is a back in the running this year, alongside 2017 winner Miranda Lambert, who's had a busy and successful year.

Maren Morris struck it "Rich" with her latest single, among other recent hits. She's joined on the nominees list by Kacey Musgraves, who happens to be the only female artist nominated in the Album of the Year category. Carrie Underwood was the CMA Female Vocalist of the Year in 2016, and she's nominated again this year.
