Love and Theft’s Eric Gunderson Spills Wedding Details!

April is gearing up to be a big month for Love and Theft -- more specifically for lead guitarist, Eric Gunderson. Eric popped the question to Emily, his girlfriend of four years, last summer, and the two are preparing for their walk down the aisle next month.

Eric says when it comes to ironing out all the specifics, he's leaving it entirely up to his bride-to-be. "I am definitely staying out of it," Eric tells The Boot, adding with a grin, "Well I'm going to be in the wedding of course! I'm not staying out of that! She's doing a lot of the planning, mainly because we've been so busy on the road a lot lately. I am very excited, and I cannot wait to get married!"

The two will say their I do's at the historic Hazel Path Mansion in Hendersonville, Tenn., with Eric's bandmates Stephen Barker Liles and Brian Bandas standing by his side as groomsmen. Eric's father will serve as best man.

"Something happened to one of the other groomsmen, so I got bumped up from usher to groomsman," Brian jokes.

"Brian and I are so excited for [Eric and Emily]," adds Stephen. "They are perfect for each other."

Just days after exchanging their vows, Eric will join back up with his pals as Love and Theft hit the road with Tim McGraw on the Southern Voice tour.
