Poll: Who Should Win Entertainer of the Year at the 2013 CMA Awards?
It’s going to be an extremely tight race for Entertainer of the Year at the 2013 CMA Awards. The five nominees are undeniably each at the very peak of their game right now.
Jason Aldean has ascended to true superstar status with ‘Night Train,’ playing to sold-out arenas and even stadiums all over the country. Luke Bryan‘s most recent album debuted at No. 1 across all genres, while Blake Shelton — the reigning Entertainer of the Year — has seen his stock rise considerably not only because of his involvement with ‘The Voice,’ but in his music, too, with his enormous ‘Based on a True Story…’ album and sold-out tour.
Taylor Swift is one of the biggest crossover successes in the history of country music with her most recent album, ‘Red,’ and its supporting tour. George Strait recently logged his 60th No. 1 hit, and he sold out every date of the first leg of his The Cowboy Rides Away farewell tour, which will wrap up next year.
