Dustin Lynch has earned his second Top 10 hit with his latest single, 'Where It's At.' The song is the title track of his sophomore album, which will be released in September.

Though the singer-songwriter didn't write 'Where It's At,' he says he knew right away he wanted to include it on the project.

“The first time I heard it, it’s infectious,” he notes. “The guitar licks are like ear worms, they stay in your head forever. I just thought, ‘What a perfect summertime song.’ It’s about the simple things in life. It’s about the easy. It’s not glam. It’s a girl that’s chillin’ out in her pajamas. There’s nothing better than that, than being with somebody in the comfort of your own home.”

Lynch says his new album will be a contrast from his self-titled freshman record, which included the Top 5 single, 'Cowboys and Angels.'

“It’s where I am, as a person and an artist,” Lynch explains. “All the songs on the record are moments I’ve captured and put down. They were inspired by my excitement for life. So ‘Where It’s At’ sounds pretty perfect.”

The Tennessee native is spending much of the next few months on the road, including shows this weekend in Virginia, West Virginia and Ohio. See a list of all of his upcoming shows here.

'Where It's At' will be released on Broken Bow Records on Sept. 9. Pre-order the album here.
