Dolly Parton and her husband Carl Dean haven't spent all of their years in one spot. From 1980 until 1996, the couple shared a two-story Craftsman-style bungalow in Nashville, and the quaint, one-of-a-kind home is up for sale again.

Parton and Dean's former home, at 3146 Glencliff Rd., is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom, 4,795-square-foot house located slightly southeast of downtown Nashville. There's 3,200 square feet of living space within the main house, a press release reports, as well as a 1,500-square-foot guest house, added by the home's current owners. There's also an original-to-the-property shed that Parton added onto in order to create a playspace for her nieces and nephews -- and it still has the wallpaper she picked out in the 1980s.

Parton and Dean's old house was originally built in 1941 and sits on a gated, 2.4-acre property -- plenty of elbow room. While it doesn't boast a pool or a recording studio, it does have some wooded areas and a covered patio for all of your outdoor party needs. Its stucco exterior hints at the emerging art deco style of the early 1940s, as do the sprawling interior spaces designed for social events.

According to Zillow, the last sale of the home took place in 1996, which would be when Parton and Dean sold the house to its current owners. Those owners have put the house on the market numerous times, once for as much as $4.25 million in April of 2012. Most recently, the property was listed for sale for $875,000 in early 2018.

Parton and Dean's former home is on the market through Rockology, LLC, a memorabilia- and music history-focused entity that previously marketed Elvis Presley's former home in Memphis, Tenn. An asking price has not been disclosed, but prospective buyers can contact the company at 615-504-1512 or RockologyNashvilleTN@gmail.com.

Parton and Dean have been married since 1966. She is a native of Sevier County, in East Tennessee.
