Dierks Bentley is returning to his home state of Arizona to help in the wake of the devastating Arizona fire, which claimed the lives of 19 members of the Granite Mountain Hotshots as they were fighting the blaze. The singer will headline the Country Cares Concert on July 22, with the money raised benefiting family members who lost loved ones in the fire.

“I want to help honor the memory of these 19 brave firefighters, to be part of the healing process for the community and to raise money for the families left behind,” Bentley says. “I was and still am devastated by this tragic event in my home state. I certainly can't imagine what these families are enduring, but I do believe in the healing power of music and hope as many Arizonans as possible can come out and be part of this event.”

51 children were left without fathers in the deadly fire. All proceeds will go to the United Phoenix Firefighters Charities, which will distribute directly to the families of the 19 fallen firefighters.

Radio stations KMLE Country @ 107.9 and 92.9 KAFF Country are organizing the event, and expect to announce more artists shortly. The Country Cares concert will be held on July 22 at Tim's Toyota Center in Prescott  Valley, Ariz. Tickets will go on sale this Friday (July 12) at 12PM CT at KMLE1079.com and at Tim’s Toyota Center box office.
