The 2017 CMT Music Awards will feature three major collaborations in the performance lineup: The network has announced that Florida Georgia Line and the Chainsmokers; Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood; and Lady Antebellum and Earth, Wind & Fire will perform together during this year's awards show.

CMT revealed the three collaborative performances in a press release on Wednesday (May 24). Although the network did not provide further details, it's likely that FGL and the Chainsmokers will perform their song "Last Day Alive," and that Urban and Underwood will sing their single "The Fighter." Lady A and Earth, Wind & Fire are scheduled to appear together on a June 23 episode of CMT's Crossroads, so their CMT Music Awards performance will give fans a taste of what's to come then.

At the 2017 CMT Music Awards, Florida Georgia Line will be competing for Video of the Year, Duo Video of the Year and Collaborative Video of the Year, while Lady Antebellum are up for Group Video of the Year. Urban, meanwhile, is nominated for Video of the Year, Male Video of the Year and Social Superstar, and his and Underwood's "The Fighter" video is in the running for Collaborative Video of the Year. Underwood, solo, is also nominated for Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year.

Blake Shelton, Brett Eldredge, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert and Thomas Rhett were all previously announced as performers for the 2017 CMT Music Awards. The ceremony will air live from Nashville’s Music City Center at 8PM ET on June 7.
