Elvis All-Star Tribute host Blake Shelton also performed a few of Elvis Presley's big hits during the TV special that aired on Sunday night (Feb. 17). Readers can press play above to watch Shelton's take on Presley's famous "Suspicious Minds."

Written and originally recorded by Mark James, Presley took "Suspicious Minds" to No. 1 in 1969 -- his last chart-topping song in the U.S. Presley recorded his version of "Suspicious Minds" following his '68 Comeback Special, which re-energized his career and inspired producer Chips Moman to produce him.

Sunday night's Elvis All-Star Tribute show was a celebration of the 50th anniversary of Presley's '68 Comeback Special. In addition to Shelton, the Elvis All-Star Tribute TV special also featured performances from Keith UrbanCarrie Underwood, Darius RuckerKelsea BalleriniLittle Big Town, the Pistol Annies and Dierks Bentley.

Outside of the country music genre, Jennifer LopezEd Sheeran and more stars took the stage. The show also included a showcase of rare footage and interviews with Priscilla Presley and Steve Binder (the director of the original special), plus a special appearance from Presley's daughter, Lisa Marie Presley.
