Blake Shelton has released the video for his latest single, 'Doin' What She Likes,' and let's just say the singer could use a little help in performing household chores.

The video, which was released on Valentine's Day, begins with a phone conversation with his wife, Miranda Lambert, offering to make her dinner. (A rep for Shelton tells People magazine that she was originally planning on starring in the video, but was opening for George Strait the day of the video shoot).

“I think it’d be good for me,” he insists. “Fan the flames a little bit." While his well-intended efforts start out well, with only a spilled margarita and slightly burned hand to deter him, he continues by cleaning up the house and starting a bubble bath for his wife, complete with a path of rose petals.

But, unfortunately, things don't go as planned. When the "watermelon candle" he lights catches the curtains on fire, the house quickly goes up in flames.

Not wanting to ruin the day for his wife, Shelton opts to offer to take her out for dinner, instead of telling her about the disaster.

"You know what? On second thought, why don't we just go ahead and go out to dinner tonight," he suggests. "I'll come there and pick you up. I'll head that way right now."

"Doin' What She Likes' is the fourth single from his No. 1 'Based On a True Story...' album.

Shelton will perform the song on his Ten Times Crazier 2014 Tour, which will kick off in June in Austin, Texas. Specific concert dates will be announced here when available.
