The 2018 Grammy Awards nominations, announced in late November, included some surprises for country music fans ... and not all of them were good surprises. While plenty of country artists were thrilled to find themselves among this year's nominees, some are likely feeling snubbed, too.

While it's awesome to see nominations for some country newcomers and tried-and-true acts who haven't heard their names called at the Grammys in recent years, it's puzzling to find, among other things, a few major collaborations left out of the running. The 60th annual Grammy Awards will take place at Madison Square Garden in New York City on Jan. 28. The televised ceremony will begin at 7:30PM ET on CBS; the pre-telecast Premiere Ceremony will be available to stream online earlier in the evening.
