2015 CMT Music Awards Nominees Announced

Carrie Underwood has blown away (pun intended) her country peers, leading the way in the list of nominees at the 2015 CMT Music Awards, with a grand total of five nods.

The singer has two nominations for Video of the Year ("Something in the Water" and "Somethin' Bad" with Miranda Lambert), two for Female Video of the Year ("Little Toy Guns" and "Something in the Water") and one for Collaborative Video of the Year ("Somethin' Bad").

Right behind Underwood, with four nominations each, are Lady Antebellum and Kenny Chesney, while Lambert, who was last year's dominating nominee, garnered three nods.

Other familiar faces among this year's CMT Music Awards nominees include newcomers Maddie & Tae and Sam Hunt, Florida Georgia Line, Dierks Bentley, Keith Urban, Luke Bryan and many more fan-favorite country artists.

Nominations for the 2015 CMT Music Awards were announced on Wednesday morning (May 13), and fan voting is already underway at CMT.com. The awards show will air live on June 10 from Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.
