LeAnn RimesLeAnn Rimes has churned out ten Top 5 albums, with a wide variety of people sitting in the producer's chair, including her father, Wilbur Rimes, her label owner, Mike Curb, famed producer Dann Huff and pop icon Desmond Child. Even the Grammy-award winning singer produced a project of her own, working with Dann on her 2005 CD, 'This Woman,' when she was just 22 years old. And now, she's handing control of her upcoming project over to singer-songwriter-guitarist and Country Music Hall of Fame member Vince Gill.

The album, slated to be released this year, is a compilation of love songs originally popularized by male artists, CMT reports. While it may seem an unlikely pairing, this isn't Vince's first time in the producer's chair. In addition to producing two albums for his wife, singer Amy Grant, he also helmed a 2004 reunion project for the Notorious Cherry Bombs, first formed as Rodney Crowell's touring band in the late '70s. Other projects included bluegrass sensation Sonya Isaacs' debut album and two of his own discs, 'Next Big Thing' and 'These Days.'

LeAnn's personal life has been tabloid fodder since she left husband Dean Sheremet for actor Eddie Cibrian last year. The singer recently performed at the Sundance Film Festival -- and made a surprise appearance at a karaoke bar last month.
