Rascal Flatts are joining several other big stars to raise money for a worthy cause. The trio, steadfast in their philanthropic ways (including donating more than $3 million to the Monroe Carell, Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt), are once again offering their time and talents to help those less fortunate.

The Flatts will headline the third annual Gift of Music concert on Feb. 22, a benefit that raises money for the W.O.Smith School of Music -- a Nashville-based facility that offers underprivileged students music lessons for only fifty cents. Held at the Wildhorse Saloon, the show also boasts performances by Little Big Town, Kellie Pickler, Keith Anderson and Jason Michael Carroll, plus a few surprise guests.

This is not the first time Rascal Flatts have made a contribution to the school. Last year, they joined Chuck Wicks, Heidi Newfield, James Otto, Lady Antebellum and several other stars in decorating bird houses that the school auctioned off to generate funds.
