Steve Azar loves golf almost as much as he loves music. So it's no surprise that the singer-songwriter, who was recently ranked among Golf Digest's top five musician golfers, is putting his tee time to good use.

On Jan. 18, Steve joins an elite list of celebrities, including Dr. Phil McGraw, Alice Cooper, Kurt Russell, Emmitt Smith and Kevin Nealon, for the Bob Hope Classic in Palm Springs, Calif. Now in it's 51st year, the event expects to raise more than one million dollars, which will be disbursed to 40 different charities.

Past participants in the Bob Hope Classic include Frank Sinatra, Desi Arnaz, Clint Eastwood, Matthew McConaughey, Ray Romano, George Lopez and many more.

In addition to hitting the links, Steve is hard at work promoting his second single, 'Sunshine,' from his self-penned, self-produced album, 'Slide on Over Here.'
