LeAnn Rimes’ Marriage to be Dissolved in June 2010

LeAnn Rimes and Dean Sheremet's eight-year marriage will be officially dissolved on June 19, 2010. ET reports that the date was set by a Los Angeles judge. The couple's 44-page Marital Settlement Agreement will not be filed, because of LeAnn and Dean's mutual desire to maintain their privacy.

In the papers, filed last Thursday by Dean, irreconcilable differences were cited as reason for the split. Dean is asking for spousal support from LeAnn, and also that she pay for attorney's fees.

LeAnn and Dean were married February 23, 2002 and separated in July, after LeAnn began a well-publicized relationship with actor Eddie Cibrian.
