Avid Tennessee Titans fan Tim McGraw will perform a mini-concert before his team takes on the Pittsburgh Steelers in the first game of the NFL's '09 season. The country star will sing tunes from his upcoming album, 'Southern Voice,' along with some favorite hits, as part of 'NFL Kickoff,' September 10 on NBC.

"I can't wait," the football fanatic tells tells 'NFL Total Access'. "It makes my year! I go into depression after the Super Bowl ... and it lasts till the first of September."

Tim says his fall and winter weekends are consumed with football, as he goes to local high school games on Fridays, watches the LSU Tigers on Saturdays and the Titans -- along with wife Faith Hill -- on Sundays. Faith has been tapped to sing the NFL theme song on NBC again this year, before every Sunday night game.

"I can always get with watching football on Sunday night, because I can say, 'Honey, I'm just watching you!'" Tim jokes.

And when we all watch Tim on September 10, don't expect him to be wearing Titans blue. The singer says he'll have to mask his team loyalty until after the 'NFL Kickoff' concert.

"Before the game starts, I've gotta stay neutral," Tim says, adding that he may change into something blue after he performs. "I don't think I'll be stomping on any towels or anything, but I'll have my Titans garb on!"
