Sunday night's stop on the Two Lanes of Freedom Tour was moving forward as usual when Tim McGraw spotted a fan in the first few rows who was struggling. Paula Whitten says she sat down after feeling faint, but collapsed when she stood back up.

That's when McGraw snapped into action. According to Whitten, he hopped off stage and handed her water. "He actually gave me a hot water at first," she told KICKS 101.5 in Atlanta. The singer then found some cold water and stayed with her. "He was talking to me and talking to the medics to try to get me up," she says.

It was the oppressive heat that caused Whitten to lose her cool. The show stopped for several minutes so she could get the help she needed. Of course, it's not the first time McGraw has jumped into the stands to rescue a fan. Previously, McGraw pulled a man out of the crowd after he was he was drunk and swinging wildly at fans. In 2012, he helped an intoxicated woman leave the venue and then booted two other rowdy concertgoers.

McGraw's Two Lanes of Freedom Tour with Brantley Gilbert and Love and Theft continues this weekend in Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and Detroit.
