Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter James Otto has signed a new record deal with Blaster Records, the label home to Montgomery Gentry, Chuck Wicks, Jack Ingram and others.

James Otto co-wrote 'Just Got Started Lovin' You' with Jim Femino and D. Vincent Williams. He released the song in July 2007 as the first single from his 'Sunset Man' album. The tune went to No. 1 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart in May 2008 -- Otto's first No. 1 hit -- and took the top spot on the year-end chart as well. The singer-songwriter tells The Boot about crafting the song.

James Otto is back, and he's better than ever. The singer-songwriter has released a new single, 'Somewhere Tonight,' which he wrote with Corey Crowder, Patrick Davis, JT Hodges and James Slater.
