Congratulations are in order for the 2016 winners of the Ameripolitan Music Awards. The third annual ceremony took place on Tuesday (Feb. 18) in Austin, Texas.

Ray Benson hosted the awards show, which took place at Austin's Paramount Theatre and honors the best in Western swing, honky-tonk, rockabilly and outlaw music. Ameripolitan music is a term coined and championed by Dale Watson that describes music that "honors tradition while demonstrating exceptional originality, creativity and musicianship."

A complete list of winners in the male, female and group categories for each sub-genre, as well as venue, musician, DJ and festival winners, is below. In addition to these honorees, Wanda Jackson and the late Red Simpson earned Founder of the Sound awards, while Charley Pride received the Master Award.

More information about the night can be found on the Annual Ameripolitan Music Awards' official website.
