Las Vegas hotelier Steve Wynn may have spilled the beans on a secret country music fans are dying to hear. The owner of the Wynn Hotel and Casino, where Garth Brooks has been playing weekend shows for the past three years, revealed in an interview with the Las Vegas Review Journal that the country music icon is planning a world tour for 2014.

If true, this would be the singer's first tour in 16 years. Garth parked his tour bus back in 2000, promising he wouldn't even consider touring again until his youngest daughter goes to college. Allie Brooks is 16 and set to graduate high school in 2014.

"He's itching to get started on the world tour," Wynn said, calling his friend Garth "one gifted son of a gun."

Garth played 184 shows at the Wynn's Encore Theater, entertaining more than 300,000 fans. He has not confirmed the alleged 2014 tour plans, continuing to insist to reporters the same thing he's been saying for 14 years now: his kids come first.
