The ACM named Martina Humanitarian of the Year in 2003.

Sugarland lead singer Jennifer is being recognized for her songwriting contributions. She made history with 'Stay,' which earned Song of the Year in 2008. The singer/songwriter became one of only two female artists to solo-pen and perform Song of the Year.

Additional honorees and participating talent for the special tribute concert will be announced in the coming weeks.
