Taylor Swift may be less than two weeks away from releasing her third studio album, 'Speak Now,' but the country superstar is already looking ahead to future projects, including pairing with a rap mogul.

Asked who she hopes to collaborate with someday, Taylor has one man in her sights. "Jay-Z," she reveals to Ladies Home Journal. "I know our genres are completely different, but there could be something cool about that."

Known for crossing lines with her music, Taylor's previous genre-bending pairings include duets with Boys Like Girls and John Mayer, along with a Grammy Awards performance with Miley Cyrus and a CMT Awards stint with rap star T-Pain, which makes a Jay-Z collaboration seem plausible.

In addition to setting her sights on a duet with Beyoncé's man, Taylor is also hoping for a little caffeine jolt to her career. "[I want to see] my album in Starbucks," she declares of yet another goal on her list. "I really love Starbucks. I go there every day and I just stare longingly at the CDs they sell. I'm so envious."

Taylor made headlines earlier this week when she announced her song 'Back to December' was a musical apology to an old flame. Though she refused to reveal the ex-beau's identity, rumors swirled that it was actor Taylor Lautner, which seems very possible as she now admits her 'Valentine's Day' co-star is still her Hollywood crush. "Taylor Lautner," she confirms. "It's always going to be Taylor."

Crushes aside, how would she describe her dream guy? "Someone who loves you for who you are. I like doing cute art projects with glitter, and there have been guys who've made me feel like that's weird. But then there are guys who find it endearing."

As Taylor approaches her 21st birthday (December 13), don't expect to see reports of her partying in the tabloids. "I've never had the burning desire to drink," she insists. "I need to be in control of what I say, and if I drank, I'd stress out about saying the wrong thing at the wrong time."

Taylor can next be found on the steps of the United Nations on October 25, when she performs songs from 'Speak Now,' which hits stores that same day.
