Taylor Swift, Julianne Hough Among PEOPLE’s Most Beautiful

For the second year in a row, Taylor Swift will grace the pages of PEOPLE magazine's annual Most Beautiful People issue. The 19-year-old was chosen again this year after posing without makeup last year.

"It's important to be comfortable with who you are and go natural once in a while," Taylor tells PEOPLE.

Two-time 'Dancing With the Stars' champ and ACM Top New Artist winner Julianne Hough also made the Most Beautiful list. The 20-year-old dancer/singer admits that she enjoys showing a little skin every now and then.

"I'm the first to admit it: I like being sexy," she tells PEOPLE. "I always wear the shorter shorts, and my dad's like, 'Cover up!' Modesty, that's my biggest downfall."

Other musicians who made PEOPLE's list include Christina Aguilera and Ciara. Actress Christina Applegate graces the cover as the most beautiful star.
