Ahead of Thursday's (Sept. 14) celebration of Troy Gentry's life, the Grand Ole Opry has released the video of Montgomery Gentry's final performance on its stage. Readers can click above to watch the video of the performance.

Troy Gentry, who died in a helicopter crash Friday (Sept. 8), and musical partner Eddie Montgomery last performed as Montgomery Gentry at the Opry on July 1, 2017. With Montgomery on lead vocals and Gentry on guitar and backup vocals, the duo performed their hit song, "Where I Come From" to an enthusiastic audience.

Montgomery Gentry were inducted into the Opry in 2009, and Thursday, Gentry's memory will be honored at the famed institution. The celebration of life will begin at 11AM, and fans will be able to watch a livestream of the event from the Opry's official page.

Gentry was killed Friday afternoon (Sept. 8) in a helicopter crash in Medford, N.J.; he and duo partner Eddie Montgomery were scheduled to perform there that evening. The helicopter was in distress and was approaching an airport when it crashed; according to 9-1-1 audio, the helicopter was experiencing “mechanical issues” prior to crashing, and went down as emergency crews arrived at the scene.
