Voters in the 2013 CMA Awards are going to have a tough choice when it comes to Vocal Duo of the Year. This year's nominees include duos from across the entire spectrum of country music, from hick hop to Americana and mainstream.

Old favorites Big & Rich are nominated this year, and so are white-hot newcomers Florida Georgia Line. Love and Theft are nominated alongside Sugarland, while married duo Thompson Square are also up for the award. The Civil Wars are not currently speaking, but they still earned a nomination with their sophomore album.
