It was a birthday to remember for Trisha Yearwood. The songstress, who turned 50 on Sept. 19, celebrated the milestone with 16,000 of her closest friends.

The Georgia native was in Atlanta as part of her husband Garth Brooks' World Tour. Brooks invited the entire audience to sing 'Happy Birthday' to his wife, and he delivered a large cake in the shape of her home state.

But the surprises didn't end there for Yearwood or her fans. She was given a bat signed by members of the Altanta Braves, along with a jersey and personal note from her favorite player, retired outfielder and first baseman Dale Murphy. Yearwood also received a jersey with her own name on the back, which she proudly donned.

The audience got their own treat as well. Kelly Clarkson, who was on hand to sing her new duet, 'PrizeFighter' with Yearwood, helped deliver a piece of cake to all of the concert attendees.

Yearwood will be in her home state for two more shows this weekend (Sept. 26 and 27), before the couple heads to Jacksonville, Fla., for a series of shows. See all of their upcoming concerts here.
