It sounds like Trent Tomlinson is about to ink a brand new record deal for himself, judging by what the 'One Wing in the Fire' singer has been sharing with fans this past week, via his Twitter account.

"Big meeting tomorrow in Nashville at 10am!!" the handsome, do-ragged singer tweeted last Wednesday night (March 16).

Apparently, the big meeting happened to be with new indie label, Skyville Records. The next day (March 17), Trent took to his Twitter account once again, sounding over the moon with joyous anticipation.

"Had a great meeting!!" he tweeted. "Thanks to Paul Worley and Wally Wilson for giving me the opportunity to be the next artist on Skyville Records! And also Kevin Herring for making it all possible!"

After parting ways with Lyric Street Records in March last year, Trent decided to go into the studio on his own to record new music. He ended up recording 12 new songs, which is was what inspired him to go in search of a new record label home.

As of yet, no official announcement from Skyville Records has been made, but judging by Trent's ecstatic tweet Friday night (March 18), things definitely look good!

"it went great got the deal lifes good!!! [sic]" he tweeted.
