Thomas Rhett's adopted daughter Willa Gray got her first taste of what her father does for a living over the weekend (May 19-21). The young girl and Rhett's wife Lauren joined Rhett on tour, for some weekend concerts -- and Rhett even brought his daughter out onstage to say hello to the crowd!

On Sunday (May 21), Rhett shared a video compilation of footage from a concert in Mississippi; in the clip, Willa Gray can be spotted hanging out backstage with her mother, and in her father's arms onstage, waving hello to a massive audience. The little girl is sporting a pair of noise-canceling headphones that were, according to Rhett's Instagram account, a gift from Kailey Dickerson, the wife of country up-and-comer Russell Dickerson, who is touring with Rhett and is a good friend.

Also on Instagram, Rhett shared a photo of himself holding Willa Gray onstage; he's clearly enjoying life as a father, as he captioned the photo, "The coolest thing ever." On her own Instagram account, Rhett's wife Lauren shared a picture of herself and her daughter backstage, noting that "despite her confused look, I think she really loved her first weekend on the road."

Rhett and Lauren officially welcomed Willa Gray home on May 11, following a year-long journey. The couple began the adoption process in 2016 after Lauren visited Uganda with the non-profit organization 147 Million Orphans and met their future daughter, now 18 months old.

“Lauren had this amazing glow about her, and it just felt like she was already our daughter in a weird way,” Rhett recalls. “I just blurted out, ‘We should bring her home.’”

In August, Rhett and Lauren will welcome their second child, another girl. The couple revealed in February that Lauren was pregnant, and later shared a sweet video of the gender reveal party.

Career-wise, Rhett recently released a fiery new music video, with Maren Morris, for his single “Craving You,” and he’s currently in the middle of his 2017 Home Team Tour.
