Blake Shelton and his fellow mentors -- Christina Aguilera, Cee Lo Green and Maroon 5's Adam Levine -- still have a couple of weeks before the second season of 'The Voice' premieres Feb. 5. However, host Carson Daly gives a behind-the-scenes tour (watch below) of what he calls "the biggest stage in music television."

In the clip, Carson takes you down the same path that 'Voice' hopefuls walk before and after their moment in front of the celebrity coaches. It also includes a few chats with contestants, as well as one 'big' performance.

Blake is fully prepared for the show's second installment, with his wife Miranda Lambert and good friend Kelly Clarkson having already signed on to help coach his team. He also knows exactly what kinds of voices will give Team Blake a sure shot at winning.

"I am picking polarizing voices," Blake tells The Boot. "That really worked out well for me last time around. There were a lot of great singers on that show, but there was only one Dia and one Xenia. They are so different from any other voices you ever hear. That's what the show means to me."

Season 2 of 'The Voice' premieres right after the Super Bowl, Feb. 5 on NBC.
