The Band Perry are joining in the pre-ACM Awards fun at the ACM Lifting Lives "One Night, Two Cities, All Music" Gala on April 17.

The reigning Vocal Group of the Year winners, along with some special surprise guests, will make appearances at the gala's two locations: the Omni Dallas Hotel in Dallas, Texas, and the Ford Worth Zoo in Fort Worth, Texas.

Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood are on tap to host the event, alternating between both locations throughout the evening. Montel Williams will co-host the Dallas gala, and Entertainment Tonight's Nancy O’Dell will take the reins in Fort Worth.

“The Academy has an almost 50-year history of charitable giving and wonderful relationships with Garth and Trisha,” Bob Romeo, CEO of the Academy of Country Music says. “When Garth called about hosting this event, it was the culmination of years of hard work, and furthers the missions of our organizations — healing through the power of music and improving lives by connecting fans, artists and the industry.”

The gala kicks off with a cocktail reception, dinner and live auction, followed by a concert at each location. Keith Urban and Little Big Town are headlining the performances at the Fort Worth Zoo, and Lady Antebellum and Hunter Hayes are on the lineup in Dallas.

Gala tickets are available at ACMCountry.com; proceeds will benefit ACM Lifting Lives, which will donate funds from the evening to several Texas-based charities, including Brooks’ Teammates for Kids and the Child Life Zones in Children’s Health of Dallas and Cook Children’s of Fort Worth.

Blake Shelton and Luke Bryan will return to co-host the 2015 ACM Awards, which will air live from AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on April 19 at 8 PM ET on CBS. See a complete list of nominees here.
