Sam Hunt Performs ‘Take Your Time’ at the 2015 CMA Awards [WATCH]

Sam Hunt made the ladies in the audience at the 2015 CMA Awards swoon when he sang "Take Your Time."

Hunt took the stage wearing a simple, but tight, button-up shirt and dark pants. He left the theatrics behind, opting instead to perform in front of a wall of lights and putting all of the attention on the song.

After earning some buzz with his debut single, “Leave the Night On” and debut EP, Hunt released his first album, Montevallo, in October of 2014. All of the record’s first three singles — “Leave the Night On,” “Take Your Time” and “House Party” — have gone platinum and hit No. 1, and the project’s fourth single, “Break Up in a Small Town,” is currently climbing the charts.

Hunt also recently received three 2015 American Music Awards nominations, including one in the all-genre New Artist of the Year category.
