Ryan Bingham, 'Junky Star' Lady Antebellum have reclaimed the top spot on Billboard's Top Country Album chart, but an Oscar winner is nipping at their heels. Ryan Bingham, whose 'The Weary Kind,' from the film 'Crazy Heart,' earned the Academy Award for Best Original Song earlier this year, entered the album chart this week at No. 2 with his latest album, 'Junky Star.' It's the only debut within the Top 30 on that chart for the week. The disc also places at No. 19 on the Billboard 200.

Lady A's 'Need You Now' is still the year's best-selling album in any genre and has been on the chart for 32 weeks. Only in recent weeks did the disc relinquish its No. 1 berth for debuts from Blake Shelton, Trace Adkins and, most recently, Little Big Town, who drop to No. 4, but still sold another 16,000 copies of 'The Reason Why' this week.

Miranda Lambert, who is at No. 6 this week with 'Revolution,' continues her steady drive toward making that a platinum-selling album, while Carrie Underwood's 'Play On,' at No. 7, is nearing double-platinum.

On the digital singles front, Taylor's Swift's 'Mine' holds at No. 1 and continues to keep Sugarland at No. 2 with 'Stuck Like Glue.' Miranda's 'Only Prettier' might be a fight-starter but it's looking like another sweet hit for the singer as the song picks up steam on the chart, along with Darius Rucker's 'Come Back Song.'
