Sugarland will take the stage with a very special guest at next month's Academy of Country Music Awards first-ever Fan Jam.

Rihanna will duet with the duo's Jennifer Nettles on a "country-tinged version" of 'California King Bed.' The song is from the R&B/pop sensation's latest album, 'Loud.'

This is not the first time Sugarland have crossed the format line. They performed with Beyoncé at the 2007 American Music Awards on her hit, 'Irreplaceable.' At the 2009 CMT Awards, they collaborated on the rock hit 'Love Shack' with a surprise appearance by the B-52s. Sugarland's 'Live on the Inside' album features several rock covers, including Pearl Jam's 'Better Man' and R.E.M.'s 'The One I Love.' And just last week, the duo were accompanied by Little Big Town on a killer cover of Madonna's 'Like a Prayer.' [Watch the performance here.]

Jennifer and Sugarland partner Kristian Bush have already been confirmed to perform on the ACM Awards at the first-ever ACM Fan Jam, taking place at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas at the same time as the main show. Other performers include Taylor Swift, Keith Urban, Toby Keith, Miranda Lambert, Blake Shelton, Jason Aldean, Brad Paisley, Martina McBride, Reba, Carrie Underwood, Ronnie Dunn, Sara Evans, Dierks Bentley, Alabama and the Zac Brown Band with James Taylor.

The 46th Annual ACM Awards will be broadcast live from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas on April 3 at 8:00 PM ET/delayed PT.

Sugarland are taking a few days off the road, but will return to their Incredible Machine tour on April 14 in Pensacola, Fla.
