Randy Rogers and Wife Welcome Baby Girl

Randy Rogers' family has a new member: a baby girl.

The Randy Rogers Band frontman and his wife, Chelsea Cai Dowlearn, welcomed their new daughter, Rumer Rain Rogers (now that's some alliteration!) on Wednesday (June 3). Rogers shared the good news on Twitter, along with a photo of himself, his wife and their little bundle of joy.

"It's a good day, friends," Rogers writes in his announcement.

On Facebook, Rogers shares that baby Rumer was born at 7:29AM; weighs 7 lbs., 13 oz.; and is 20 inches long -- and he adds that "Everybody is happy and healthy!"

Rumer the second child -- and second girl -- for Rogers and his wife. The couple welcomed daughter River Rose in 2013, after eloping in Maui on March 27, 2013. This is Rogers' second marriage.

Rogers will have to get adjusted quickly to spending time away from his baby girl: The Randy Rogers Band will be playing Country Jam 2015, which takes place in Grand Junction, Colo., on June 18-21, and they also have numerous other dates on their tour calendar.
