Rachele Lynae has announced the release date for her highly anticipated freshman album.

Produced by Jamie O'Neal, the self-titled record will be released at select retail stores and digital outlets, including Amazon and iTunes, on April 22 via Momentum Label Group. The 26-year-old Lynae co-wrote each of the 12 songs on the upcoming project, from the tender 'Sometimes You Fly' to the energetic 'Party 'Til the Cows Come Home.'

"I love writing songs and performing my music live," Lynae says. "I've heard so many stories from my fans who say, 'This song is exactly what I've needed.' How cool is it that I get to be blessed enough to put the music out there for them?"

The Alaska native said she has learned plenty from working with O'Neal.

“It’s been awesome,” she says. “I was a little intimidated at first, but she put me at ease the moment we met. We both like to belt it out, so musically, we connected immediately. She’s been a big influence on me as a vocalist and I couldn’t be more thrilled about the music we’re making together.”

Lynae's latest single, 'Touch the Stars,' is currently airing on Highway Find on Sirius XM.
