Phil Vassar's next hometown concert will include a lot of noisemakers, kazoos and party hats! The charismatic country crooner will headline the second annual New Year's Eve Bash on Broadway in downtown Nashville on December 31.

Phi will be joined by country beauty Heidi Newfield, Nashville rocker Will Hoge and the MuzikMafia's R&B/soul star, Damien Horne. Organizers say those who want to join the celebration can show up on Broadway between 1st and 4th Avenues anywhere between 7:30 PM and at least 10 minutes before midnight to ring in the new year in Music City.

Phil has been on the road for most of this year, entertaining audiences with set lists that are oftentimes request-driven. The Virginia native has become known for his interactive concerts. "I can go to a show feeling like total crap, but when the lights come up, I don't have a care in the world," Phil tells The Boot. "That may also be because I'm drinking! [laughs]"

The New Year's Eve bash, which will be free and open to the public, will be hosted by GAC and Sirius XM personality Storme Warren.
