The holidays were pretty high-strung at the Kidman-Urban house, as two-and-a-half-year-old Sunday Rose anticipated the arrival of her baby sister, Faith Margaret. For Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman's second child together, the couple opted to use a gestational carrier.

"As you can imagine, we spent Christmas on tenterhooks," Nicole told Australian Women's Weekly magazine. "And after Faith Margaret was born on December 28, a healthy 8 pounds 9 ounces, we spent New Year on cloud nine."

Keith and Nicole decided to wait until January 17 to announce the baby's birth. "Our family is truly blessed, and just so thankful, to have been given the gift of baby Faith Margaret," they said in a statement. "No words can adequately convey the incredible gratitude that we feel for everyone who was so supportive throughout this process, in particular our gestational carrier."

The New Year is definitely off to a great start with the new addition. "We have been having a wonderful bonding experience with Faith Margaret," Nicole continues. "We feel truly blessed."

Sunday Rose Kidman Urban was born July 7, 2008 and joined older half-siblings Isabella and Connor, Nicole's two children from her marriage to Tom Cruise. She was the first biological child for both Nicole and Keith.
