Just in time to be last-minute wish list additions, five new country albums will be released in December of 2015.

On Dec. 4, a new live recording from Johnny CashMan in Black: Live in Denmark 1971, is set to make its debut, through Columbia/Legacy Recordings. It will be the first time that this specific recording is available on CD and digitally; previously, in 2006, the project was released as a DVD. The track listing includes well-known songs such as “A Boy Named Sue,” “Sunday Morning Coming Down,” “I Walk the Line” and “Folsom Prison Blues.”

Also on Dec. 4, The Music of Nashville: Original Soundtrack, Season 4, Volume 1 will drop. The 17-track album includes performances by Connie Britton, Hayden Panettiere, Chris Carmack, Jonathan Jackson, Sam Palladio and Charles Esten, among others.

Cam's full-length debut, Untamed, is set for release on Dec. 11. The record is named after its first track — a tune that is equal parts Cam’s musical strategy and carefree, unaffected personality.

Also on Dec. 11, Nashville star Chris Carmack will release his debut EP, Pieces of You.

“Music came first, before the acting. I find that when I write songs, oftentimes it’s therapeutic. It’s an exploration of myself and either what I’m going through or what someone close to me is going through,” Carmack says. “Writing and singing these songs helps me deal with the emotions, and I think they are things other people can relate to when they hear them. I’m excited to share the music.”

And finally, on Dec. 18, the Avett Brothers will drop a new live album, Live, Vol. Four, which was recorded on New Year's Eve 2015 in Raleigh, N.C.

“The energy of this show is undeniably positive and uniquely North Carolinian … I often had to remind myself that we were singing to the audience and not the other way around …,” says Seth Avett. “There’s nothing like celebrating in an arena filled with friends and neighbors.”
