Readers of The Boot are the first to get to see the Moonshine Bandits' new video for 'We All Country,' via this exclusive premiere.

The song is featured on the duo's recently-released album, 'Calicountry.' The clip features guest appearances from Colt Ford, Demun Jones and former 'American Idol' contestant Sarah Ross

The video underscores the duo's philosophy that no matter where you're from or what you look like, you can still be country. It's a lifestyle Tex and Bird come by honestly.

“We’re from Central California so it’s very blue collar and agricultural-oriented here in the Valley,” Tex explains. “A lot of people have misconceptions about California being all Hollywood or the beach, but where we’re from the main industry is farming. There are a lot dairies, cotton fields, orchards and tomato processing plants.”

Their unique blend of country and hip-hop has its roots in that rural lifestyle.

“A lot of our music is hell-raising music,” Tex says. “Our guitars are very loud and our bass is pretty heavy. It’s very much in-your-face kind of music that you can party down to. We’ve got a few songs on there that are a little more personal and a little bit slower. But, for the most part it’s very aggressive.”

The Moonshine Bandits will support the new album -- their first on Average Joes Entertainment -- with a string of live dates through September. Keep up with their schedule here

'Calicountry' is available at Amazon and iTunes.
